The Detail
Our Approach.
LED that only looks curved is usually a ring of flat panels — the joins show up close. Ours is manufactured to an actual radius at 0.9mm pixel pitch, so the surface reads as one continuous skin rather than a faceted approximation, for indoor and outdoor use. Recent builds include a non-faceted 0.9mm-pitch smooth curve wall at the Verizon London Hub (4.5m x 2.5m) and a 1mm-pitch smooth curve LED wall for a TV studio client in South Africa. Radius, pitch and finish are specified to the installation, not picked from a fixed set, and access for servicing is designed in from the start rather than worked out after the frame is built.
