Capgemini wanted meeting spaces that could keep pace with how its teams actually work — moving between offices, campuses and other sites, and needing every room to feel equally easy to walk into and start collaborating in, whether that's two people or a full team.

Elport's answer was an all-in-one LCD collaboration meeting wall: a single, self-contained display built to be dropped into any room, space or budget, from a small huddle room to a larger collaborative environment. Rather than treating video and interactivity as separate systems bolted together, the wall combines both in one screen.

The display runs at 4K resolution with a high contrast ratio and strong brightness, keeping shared content sharp and legible even in busy, brightly lit offices, and its interactive display capability lets teams work directly on the screen rather than just view it. Integration was kept deliberately simple, so the wall behaves the same way in every room it's installed in — across a facility, university or office.

The result is a consistent, repeatable meeting experience across Capgemini's estate — one that removes the friction of unfamiliar AV setups and lets collaboration happen more often, and faster, wherever teams choose to meet.
