Viva Forever!
A bespoke LED video tube sign and full stage set lighting design brought striking visual impact to Viva Forever! at London's Piccadilly Theatre.
VIVA FOREVER! arrived at London's Piccadilly Theatre needing a stage design that would grab audiences from the moment the curtain rose, and Elport was brought in to help deliver that visual impact.
The centrepiece of the solution was a bespoke LED video tube sign feature: a custom-built illuminated signage element used as a striking stage prop, designed to give the production an eye-catching, unmistakably theatrical focal point. This was paired with a dedicated stage set lighting design, ensuring the LED feature worked in concert with the rest of the set rather than as an isolated effect.
Delivering the piece meant treating the tube sign as both a lighting fixture and a piece of stage engineering, built to withstand the demands of a live theatre run at the Piccadilly while integrating cleanly with the wider LED video props and lighting rig used across the production.
The combination of bespoke LED signage and considered stage lighting gave Viva Forever! a bold, energetic visual identity from the outset, helping the show make an immediate impression on its Piccadilly Theatre audience.
